Sales Development Representative (SDR)

 

Ambition Data is seeking a high-energy, experienced, and passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) who enjoys communicating via email and on the phone to identify qualified sales opportunities, generate new leads and set meetings for others to attend to close deals.

The SDR manages the inbound lead activity, qualifying active buying interest, and developing opportunity in prospect accounts. The SDR will also coordinate with the CEO and marketing team to determine the accounts that require research and prospecting activities to secure a sufficient flow of additional qualified opportunities. An implicit responsibility of the SDR is to conduct business dealings in a way that creates a superior prospect experience that will set the stage for effective sales follow-up, as well as future product sales.

In this position you will have a critical role in strategic the plan and growth strategy by researching business trends and information, identifying potential leads, developing productive relationships with key decision makers, and setting meetings.

This role is instrumental in building the Ambition Data brand and is the critical beginning of our sales process and success. This position can be an entry point to a sales executive role.

 

Responsibilities:

  • 33% Lead generation and prospecting within a CRM tool (i.e., social selling, calling and emailing)

  • 33% Existing sales pipeline management.

  • 33% Inbound lead management.

  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with businesses that range between $50-$250 million in size.

  • Minimal travel expectations

 

The skills we would most value in you:

  • 1+ years Hubspot CRM Experience

  • 1+ years of Lead Generation Experience and/or

  • 1+ years of B2B Sales Experience and/or

  • 1+ years of Telephone Sales or Scheduling Experience and/or

  • 1+ years of Digital Marketing and/or

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred but experience is considered in lieu of a degree.

 

Supporting skills, you should have:

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Energetic personality

  • Detail orientated, well-organized and able to work independently    

  • Demonstrated ability to establish and nurture Marketing Director/VP and C-level relationships 

  • Proven track record of securing meetings with top level decision makers

  • Enthusiasm for the Ambition Data goals

  • Be comfortable with changes, we are growing our team quickly

  • You should have the ability to generate your own leads using various tools such as social media

 

Pay Range: $40k Base+ Commission
