Loren Hadley, VP Customer Journey and Optimization
Loren Hadley, MBA brings his deep digital experience, curiosity and passion for the data driven problem solving to each of his clients. Loren started his career in the digital space in 1997 helping various organizations develop digital strategies, information architecture and effective front-end interfaces. Digital analytics was a natural extension, exploring how consumers interacted with sites features. Prior to joining Ambition Data, Loren was part of the Semphonic team which was later acquired by Big 4 consulting firm EY to become the nucleus of their digital analytics practice.
Over the past decade Loren has assisted emerging through Fortune 100 organizations understand and optimize digital strategies, design and execution to profitably enhance customer experiences.
His client experience includes retailers NIKE and Carhartt, pharma companies Genentech and Glaxo Smith Kline, manufacturers Intel and Givaudan, tech companies Verisign and Webroot, and Suncorp and Aami in the financial sector. He has also worked with a variety of not-for-profits including Mercy Corps, BIO Biotechnology Organization, 1000 Degrees and Pacific Seed Association. His work for these and other companies has included deep analysis of web, mobile and mobile app. properties, strategy and process design, testing and optimization. He has developed, led and trained analytics teams both internal and external to client organizations.
Loren is a periodic contributor to the peer reviewed journal Applied Marketing Analytics.
Outside of digital analytics, Loren enjoys outdoor activities like kayaking, exploring and fishing in the Pacific Northwest. He’s crewed a boat being transported from Florida to Oregon and has fished commercially in Alaska’s Bering Sea. He exercises his creative side through metal working.
